Main responsibilities?
- Identify, develop, and convert new prospects into loyal, profitable customers.
- Execute and continuously improve sales activities and tools to drive revenue and customer loyalty.
- Build and maintain strong, proactive relationships with customers, prospects, and key influencers.
- Keep an accurate sales pipeline and forecast, staying agile in a fast-moving environment.
- Prepare and follow up on bids, quotations, and sales updates quickly and efficiently.
- Support and implement Sales & Marketing initiatives with a hands-on approach.
- Plan and organize customer visits, meetings, and travel to maximize impact.
- Actively participate in meetings, training, exhibitions, and events relevant to the business.
Why are we looking for you?
- You have minimum 8 years of experience in consultative selling (preferably value & service selling).
- You have a strong background in the Personal Care world, from Hair and Body to Skin Care, who knows how to connect with Brand Owners and Retailers in both B2B and B2C settings.
- You have experience with beauty devices, promotional gadgets, or branded accessories is a big plus, especially if you enjoy turning great products into memorable brand experiences.
- You have proven ability to tailor promotional and sales approaches to individual prospects by analyzing their range and strategy.
- You have excellent communication and networking skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all organizational levels.
- You have strong prospecting skills and ability to identify opportunities within the designated territory.
- You have the willingness to travel frequently to present and promote the company’s product range.
- You have a strong sense of urgency and ability to deliver results.
- You speak fluently English (also written)
