Project Manager of AFA APAC is responsible for organizing the internal resources to ensure success delivery of projects.
Key Responsibilities
Defining project objectives: clearly defining the goals, deliverables, and milestones of the project in line with the organization’s strategic objectives
Developing a project plan
Delivering comprehensive and effective solution in execution, including but not limited to resource and budget management, procurement, risk management, change management, time management, quality managment and problem-solving.
Communication: serving as the primary point of contact for the project, communicating with stakeholders, team members, and clients to ensure that everyone is informed about the project process.
Performance monitoring: tracking, reviewing and reporting on the progress of a project to the stakeholders
Closing the project: formally closing out the project, which include delivering the final product, documenting lesson learned and transitioning the project to the appropriate party
Required skills & experience
Excellent communication abilities, excellent active listening, negotiation, problem solving and presentation skills
Knowledge of project management methodologies such as agile, scrum, waterfall or lean
Minimum of 5 years of working experience in project managment or product management, package, homecare and personal care industry workign experience is perferred
Fluent English is a must
