About the Role
As a Management Assistant, you will provide high-level support to our CEO and also assist the wider executive team of AFA Dispensing. Roughly 80% of your role focuses on business support, such as scheduling, travel, meeting coordination and internal communications. The remaining 20% involves private assistance for the CEO and a Board member. You are the central point of coordination behind the scenes, enabling leadership to operate efficiently and effectively. Key Responsibilities
· Proactively manage calendars and inboxes, ensuring priorities are aligned and deadlines are met
· Coordinate and oversee all logistics for (international) travel, including itineraries, accommodations, and visa arrangements
· Facilitate effective meetings by capturing decisions, tracking follow-up actions, and driving timely execution
· Serve as a key communication hub between internal stakeholders and external partners, ensuring clarity and continuity
· Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion, accuracy, and integrity
· Plan and execute internal meetings and business events with precision and professionalism

· Strong communication skills in both Dutch and English, enabling clear and confident interaction at all levels
What you bring
· Bachelor-level working and thinking capability
· Proven experience as a Management Assistant or in a comparable role
· Experience in an international environment is a plus
