At AFA Dispensing, we are on a mission to deliver safe, sustainable, and high-performing dispensing systems globally. To strengthen our quality capabilities, we are looking for an experienced and proactive Global Quality Officer who likes to built and who has experience and affinity in operations. In this role, you will lead the global QA strategy, ensuring product quality, compliance, and continuous improvement across our international operations.

Your Role & Responsibilities

• Own and develop the global Product Quality Management System (QMS).
• Standardize and implement regional SOPs in Production and Supply Chain.
• Ensure consistent product quality through New Product Introduction (NPI) and product control plans.
• Lead the global Management of Change (MoC) process and quality documentation.
• Conduct quality audits and have the authority to stop production/supply when required.
• Implement a global QA reporting structure and KPI dashboard.
• Align regional QA/QC teams under a coordinated reporting structure.
• Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and customer requirements (e.g., PPWR, CSRD, ESG).
• Support supplier onboarding processes, including audits and SLA development.
• Drive sustainability-related quality initiatives.
• Functionally lead a team of four quality professionals across regions, ensuring alignment and direction.

What You Bring

• A degree in Quality Management, Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven experience in a senior quality role, preferably in a manufacturing or supply chain environment.
• Strong understanding of global QA standards, audits, and regulatory compliance.
• Experience with product lifecycle quality control and MoC processes.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills across regions.
• Ability to translate strategy into practical execution and standardization.
