As a Global Project Manager Industrialisation, you will play a key role in the global coordination and implementation of strategic industrialization projects within AFA’s production and supply chain organization. You will be responsible for successfully delivering projects that contribute to new product introductions, significant product modifications, new production locations, and supply chains. In this role, you will work closely with regional operations teams and various stakeholders to strengthen our global operations.
Your responsibilities
- Lead & coordinate operational implementation of industrialisation projects (production and supply chain)
- New product introductions
- Major product adjustments
- New production locations and new production lines
- New supply chains
- Secure product- and operations (supply chain & production) capabilities are aligned with market/customer requirements and fulfilled.
- Continuously update the business case and make sure stakeholders are involved.
- Collaborate with and transfer ownership to the regional (ops) teams.
- Securing product QA/QC during implementation/industrialization and transferring to the regional QC.
- International stakeholder management.
- Execute within budget (time and costs) and make it happen.
- Secure training regional operations.
- Explore new production technologies (automation, higher speed, less people), AI integration, dark plant.
- Reporting to EVP Operations.
Your Profile
- A bachelor’s or master’s degree in engineering, operations, or a related field.
- Extensive experience in project management in an international setting.
- Strong analytical and organizational skills and stakeholdermanagement.
- Experience with industrialization processes, supply chain management, and quality assurance.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, in English.
- A proactive, results-oriented, and solution-driven mindset.
- The primary location is HQ Eindhoven, but a base at the U.S. offices (New Jersey or Woodstock) is also possible.
- Flexibility, willingness to travel internationally (up to 50% travelling and working in the regions), you can be allocated to regional ops organization.
