Vacancy: Global Project Manager Operations
As a Global Project Manager Operations, you will play a key role in the global coordination and implementation of strategic industrialization projects within AFA’s production and supply chain organization. You will be responsible for successfully delivering projects that contribute to new product introductions, significant product modifications, new production locations, and supply chains. In this role, you will work closely with regional operations teams and various stakeholders to strengthen our global operations.
Responsibilities
- Leading and coordinating the operational implementation of industrialization projects, including:
- New product introductions
- Major product modifications
- New production locations and production lines
- New supply chains
- Ensuring production and supply chain capacities meet market and customer requirements.
- Monitoring the continuity of the business case and involving stakeholders in the process.
- Responsible for the financial planning of projects.
- Collaborating with regional operations teams to ensure streamlined execution.
- Ensuring product quality assurance (QA/QC) during implementation and transfer to regional quality control systems.
- Operating within budget and deadlines—ensuring work is completed.
- Coordinating training for regional operational teams.
Your Profile
- A bachelor’s or master’s degree in operations, supply chain management, or a related field.
- Extensive experience in project management in an international setting.
- Strong analytical and organizational skills.
- Experience with industrialization processes, supply chain management, and quality assurance.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, in English.
- A proactive, results-oriented, and solution-driven mindset.
- Willingness to travel internationally.
